Getting Started

If you are considering building a new home, Hoffacker Homes is the place to start! Contact me, Ken, to schedule a no obligation visit to discuss your wants and needs in a new home. 

If you do not already have an idea of your price range or available financing options, I can assist you. We can discuss general plan ideas, styles, and different lot locations that might be available in Bloomington-Normal and McLean Co. 

Once you have chosen a style, a list of desired features and a determined your price range, I will work with you in designing your new home.  Together we will customize it to maximize the square footage to accommodate all of your desired features for your new home. 

After a final plan is reached I will price the home with all your desired features, review specifications, and clarify what materials and allowances will be used to construct your home.   We will enter into a Contract, secure your lot, and get started on your dream home.  Be rest assured you will get the quality in your new home that you desire and deserve, when using Hoffacker Homes!
